Keith; Sorry this happen to you and made you upset but really nothing happen to you. You wanted that tractor but put no deposit down,so ther is no deal. I deal with the public daily on machinery,hay straw seed etc. Boy if you had a nickel for every one who says will call you right back on it,yea right. no offense but the real world not like that. You interested deposit down or pay for it simple as that. ihave some items thou that even deposits don't mean anything they still never show. law says after year waiting its mine to sell again. You weren't hosed, just never made the deal,Oh and waiting week or two thinking price gets cheaper,that doesn't work anymore either in my business. If you want item held I will do that but only for week and it is in writing PERIOD
