Trenching Behind Guardrail

I have a need for a trencher that is factory certified, and that would subsequently be approved by OSHA, that is capable of traveling on the shoulder of a roadway while cutting a trench 1' wide and approx. 4 feet deep about 2 to 4 feet behind the guardrail. Is there such a machine?
