CL , If it were only that simple . I do all my own laundry , cook most of my own meals , clean all my own dishes ( by hand ) , take care of 12 of HER dogs , don't have any kids other than the dogs though , work 45-50 hours a week ( she works 40 ) clean some of the house ( house is a dump not worthy of being cleaned ) , change the sheets on the bed etc , etc . She sleeps when she's not at work . Maybe she should rub my shoulders , make my dinner or maybe just do something other than take care of her 5 horses . I don't need a mommy , never had one as a kid , I took care of myself before we got hitched and she tryed to take some of the things over like the laundry and the cooking but I don't like being dependent on anyone . Never know when I'll be single again ;)' We're not used to each other being around yet since we've only been married for a touch over twenty years . Didn't get hitched till we were just shy of thirty . We knew each other less than 3 months before that . We lead completely seperate lives in the same house . I've tryed almost everything you've suggested at one time or another but as another post stated time and cruddy jobs have made her totally insensitive . My loss . Hope your situation improves whatever it is . Take care . BTW - My wifes not a size five anymore either and she is also 5'6" and I still love her . Go figure ! Even so Valentines day is just another day in the week . Take care ! ...Randy
