First I would see if fuel is getting to the carb by taking off the fuel line at the carb. Crank it over and make sure the tank fuel shut off valve is open. Do appropreate things to make sure you are being safe with the fuel that comes out. If you are getting fuel that far then go to the carb. I would get it running by putting gas in the carb with a suitable squeeze bottle and choke it with the choke when it is at medium to high RPM. The idea is to draw crud thur the carb by creating a high presure difference. If that dont work then I would open up the jet screws (counting how may times I take them out),and put the choke on full. Then turn it over. Again the idea is to draw the crud thru. If that dont work then I would resign to the fact that I had to pull the carb. and have it sent out or do it myself.
