Most of the ones I have done yes 100% vinagar. I run them till good and warm, around and hour or so, most of the time I will go ahead and work them so as to save on gas. Then I let them cool till its safe to drain with out getting burned, then when the engine is real cool I flush it with water. I prefer to do it by back flushing it. I have a thing fixed up so I can hook a garden hose to the block drain and that way it back flushes the engine and cooling system. By the way I made the thing out of pipe and part of an old garden hose
