Dirty Rotten p.o.c Federal Pioneer circuit breake

Supposed to have been sleepiing between night shifts but everything incluiding my new high pressure washer is frozen in the garage. The baseboard heaters that are set at 45F were found ice cold this morning. Of course while we are having a sub zero cold snap. The FPE Stab-Loc two pole 20 amp breaker was found still in the closed/on position. Not even a visible warning of a trip. Even when re-set one of the two poles would not close. A new two pole breaker has the heat on now. The only good thing about it was the beer stored out there is frosty cold. Never did trust those stab-loc breakers. Now here's another reason why.
