Started when I was 7(1983) with one registered holstein heifer calf gifted from great grandma. Worked on family farm until I graduated high school. then sold my 26 fancy registed cow herd and paid for college. After college started buying heifer calves, rented farm to keep them bought feed, and paid to have manure hauled away. While I worked for local tractor dealership. In August 2000 started shipping milk on rented farm with 30 "mutt cows". In April 2004 farm moved 50 cow plus youngstcok herd to western NY, bought my father inlaws farm and started my own farm machinery repair business on the side.
