Now you say they could have alot of Blow by under a load????? HHHHHHmmmm I don't know I'm a rookie but I might just chalenge you on that one if I may LOL... I have seen three tractor running on a dyno two Diesels and one gasser...The gasser made on 70 HP but it had the same almost no blow by when just idleing. Then the late model 1971 4020 with the littel slight leak between the head and the block had NO Blow by either on the dyno. Like I said it did have a small drip coming between the haed and block, which I later found out later, this was NOT a problem. Then the one I have now Pulled REALLY hard on the Dyno, Made alot of noise and some black smoke! Made 100 HP on the dyno, it had no blow by either.... I am not sure....how could it have blow by and still be a good motor?

I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
