I don't know how old it is, but when I was a kid back in the 60s, I used one a lot, the local Township let anyone use the one like this since they had more modern stuff then. You need a person standing on the grader to control depth, and other adjustments, and it will stop a Farmall M, if you let it dig. They did a good job, if you took the time to use it correctly. I wouldn't mind having one myself, but have not found one yet, and no need for one, just want one.
