Ford Jubilee -steering is hard w/front bucket

My father in-law recently purchased a Ford Jubilee with a front end bucket. He finds the bucket weight makes the tractor's steering very hard.
1) Does a power steering kit exist for this model tractor, if so a possible source. 2) Other options that may address the issue without adding a power steering unit. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Russ Szpot
