That tractor if all is working ok will lift more then the front end can handle or in other words it will flip it over on top of the person sitting on it. They can or should be able to lift 700-800lbs but thats it and even then the front end gets real light. Now as far as 2500lbs bales even they are few and far between. But as the others have said you need a lot more tractor to handle big round bales. Even my 841 is just enough to get by with to move my bales and I use a front end loader to do so.
