Lesters=Cleary=Morton=Wicks are all Northern States Builders and offer an unconditional Snow Load Warranty which would be of prime concern to me in addition to misc. Warrantys such as Paint and Steel failures, Lumber,Pole Delamination,Fastner failures and the list grows.. Will a Private contractor offer the same? I think not.Stick with the Builders who have the experience and the financial backing to protect your purchase/investment. My opinion. John
