I heard a add on TV in April for high speed dial up for $10.95 per month. For sure no one speeks English, perhaps never heard the word English i'm guessing. They asked if I had free dial up for Ma- Ma ---Ma--- Ma -- I said Marquette? ---yes Marquette. After a hr or two I called back and discovers they were refering to Maquokata Ia. This is a Hr and half from here and long distance call area. So I canceled them back(by phone) My total fault for not checking my debit card statment ---finaly last month I did, and they have done the $10.95 per month since April. After total frustration and asking for a English speaking person, non exsistant totaly--and a constant bull crap of a tec will call me and for my inconveniance they will give me a CD tutor for $5.00. Not to bad of a price, and after the third or fourth person I got the message that they were mailing me three different CD's at full price, and I could return two in a week or whatever---and on and on and on. I shouted for numerous times (after origanaly saying yes) to the $5.00 that I did not want the deal of three etc. just the one only for $5.00. Then I realized a scam so I said do not send me any at all if that was the (scam) by the fine print being anounced after the original agreement. After talking to several, and I do mean several idiots I said that a tecnition had nothing to do with my problem as I had no dial up etc. I wanted a total refund as it was origanly impossible from the start to have had dial up from them. I did call after the first hr or two when I signed up in April and they took my credit card number. The final answer is they can refund the last month---And that was their final answer. Oh yea baby I'm ticked off, and know that a attorney will cost more than it is worth. Yes, I could be the next guy to sit way up on a tower naked above a play ground with a high powered rifle. Ok maybe not that extreem, but dang I'm ticked off. I'm so mad I'm repeating myself. Any Ideas that does not contain the words, gun, bomb, choke, public horse whipping, or gang raping? Thanks in advance NE IA Dave

Grain Threshing in the Early 40's - by Jerry D. Coleman. How many of you can sit there and say that you have plowed with a mule? Well I would say not many, but maybe a few. This story is about the day my Grandfather Brown (true name) decided along with my parents to purchase a new Ford tractor. It wasn't really new except to us. The year was about 1967 and my father found a good used Ford 601 tractor to use on the farm instead of "Bob", our old mule. Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
