Right on the money there, sometimes I wonder how they manage to get in the right squad car after a stop at the doughnuts stand, the declining intelligence is the main reasons I changed professions, very few with common sense anymore, here the analog radio system they had was "too hard" for them to figure out how to use, couldn't figure out what chanel was for what, so they are spending millions of dollars now on a new digital system that has been online for a year and still doesn't work, sounds like it has the bug the bugs that Michigan was trying to get out of the system 3 years ago, but after all the budgets are all unliminted..
