Another vote for a B&W turnover ball. I installed mine myself, only complaint I had was having to spend $30 for a 4" hole saw. I suppose I could have cut the hole by hand if I had a little more patience. Bolted right up, didn't have to do any drilling except the holes in the bed for the ball & u-bolts that safety chains hook to.

You can also buy an RV fifth wheel hitch that drops down into the mount for the turnover ball. Kind of expensive, but you don't have to cut any more holes to have a 5th wheel hitch as well.
