always get the right answers and help from this site-- got all the info on the Herc.rxc eng. now I have something to offer-- we have a free player piano Needs work on the air part, but plays sweet- and 4-6 bar stools both from local fire co.-if any buddy's can use them, all they have to do is pick them up-- also I am looking for a small toy(skid steer/bobcat/OC3-40C crawler/tiny excavator/ 3 pt backhoe/ all can need work- will swap for large payloader and or backhoe attch.(large) firechief51@peoplepc.com-- In the chatham NY area

12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
