Located in SE MN near Preston. We have about 3/4 in, ice on everything. Lost power this afternoon for about two hours. Now its starting to snow again and the wind is really starting to blow. Weather man says 10 to 15 inchs of snow yet tonight and tommorrow. Cows were scaring them selves into a frensy this morning with the crunchy snow. Airheads finally wore themselves out and went to eating hay.
