I've got piles of them - but I'm in central New York. The Simplicity - also sold as Montgomery Ward "Plow Trac" - are very common - when it comes to walk-behind tractors. I pass many up in the $50 price range - simply because I have over 200 walk-behind tractors as it is. I only tend to buy tractors now that I don't alreay have. And, I've seem many for sale recently in PA and Ohio. But the horsepower you mention - I've never seen one like that. My biggest, Model 1956 VA Simplicities have 5 horse Briggs - but they are big - same footprint as later Briggs 8 horse engines. Trans. has three speeds forward, one reverse, and 6X12" tires. They are good, heavy, and pretty rugged - but dwarfed by walk-behinds like my 1938 Sears Handiman. It is a monster and weighs twice what a Simplicity does.
