Howdy folks, This question is put out there mainly for my fellow hay farmers but anyone else"s opinions are welcome. I"ve been browsing through some literature on Brillion"s new PS series seeders. They look like good machines to me and combining the seeder with the cultipacker is good as well. I have no immediate plans to purchase one but maybe a few years down the line. My old van brunt drill does a good job for the present time. My main thoughts on these seeders is the fact that you have no fertilizer hopper. I always like to put fertilizer in with the seed as I plant. I"m not a big fan of broadcasting the fertilizer as it helps out more weeds than it needs to. Just some curiousities. God bless. --old fashioned farmer
