Don't feel bad, there is no service anywhere, anymore! Three years ago we moved down here to AZ from ND, wife desperately needed a vehicle so we went to all the local dealers. They all wanted us to fill out loan paperwork before a test drive, one even said to get the $%^&* out because we wouldn't be buying a brand-new vehicle anyway. So we visited a couple towns within 50 miles or so, same deal. I specifically remember at one dealer we asked for a salesman and had made up our minds we would just have to bite the bullet and buy new. Waited about 20 minutes and no luck. Every time I've been back to that dealer for parts, the salesmen swarm me - I don't need a car anymore. Called up a dealer back home in ND that I knew very well. Talked to the salesman and told him that after test driving probably hundreds of his vehicles over the years I was finally ready to buy. He told me what they had, I chose, car was shipped out that afternoon and arrived here 24 hours later. Just a ramble to let ya know that there is no longer service in the service industry...
