I know of a fellow who uses a fairly late model IHC tractor to brushogs fields like you describe. He uses a set of old double skin tires on the front with lots of tire sealer in them and on the back he uses a set of steel wheels. He has done this for years. This kind and gentle fellow is 82 and his 52 year old son sometimes has trouble keeping up with him.
