Welcome to human nature and American Corporate business. You are going to get the same average treatment from every other farm equipment, heavy equipment, heavy truck, automotive dealer and discount store. Don't know how people treat you in general or what your attitude is. Or if you expect the red carpet treatment and your bum kissed every time you purchase an oil filter. Oh, yes, you likely purchase filters etc at Napa figuring you are saving a fortune. Much to my surprise small parts etc cost no more at the Deere counter than else where. Around here the Goderich GM dealer remembers my name even though I purchase only every 3-5 years. The Walkerton and Listowel Deere dealers are keen, work hard and do their best. So does both the local farm supplys, tractor salvage yard and the feed mill. I pay cash up front and say thankyou.
