We have an excellent Case-IH dealer in Exeter, there is a regional warehouse in Toronto and even the hardest to find part is there the next working day. These folks have dug out the old microfiche machine on more than one occasion to find an old or obsolete part. They staff Saturdays and Sundays during harvest, will meet you at the shop if you need a part after hours.I don't hear complaints about them. I do however have a friend who works there that says many screw ups in parts are the result of the customer giving a wrong part number or description of a part over the phone and upon arrival discover the wrong part waiting..they do their job at their end. I have always been satisfied with their efforts. Another dealer CGFarm Supply in Zurich has excellent service, they have even opened for me on a Sunday when I ran out of twine, friendly and willing to help. I always maintain it is people that make that difference and a company should make every employee aware that their job is service or they won't have a job!
