I"m not sure where you are located, but I sell Chevy and Buick in Mercersburg, Pa. I have a 2004 3500 Duramax Dually Crew Cab with 70,000 miles in good shape. I could sell you that truck for $28,500. I personally have a 2002 Duramax ext. cab with 276,000 miles. It is an absolutely strong engine/transmission combination. I have had no problems at all since I bought the truck 2 yrs. ago. In my opinion the price on the 2001 seems pretty high. If I can be of help let me know. Brian
