Row cleaners are not recommended when a surface application of pre-plant herbicide is used. I don't know if you plan to do that. I do and I use a coulter that runs directly in front of the seed opener unit. Works good but I only run into the trash problem planting soybeans after corn. I rotate corn/soybeans. I have a JD planter and can get lots of info from them. Have you tried White directly for info? Website?
