My Grandpa used to say the devel is always in the details. Need details. Wet sleeves, dry sleeves, no sleeves? What all did you replace during the "rebuild"? Which brand head gasket, and how installed? Torqued to MF manual? Did you catch/smell/examine some of the water to see if coolant? Condition of engine before rebuild? Tom
