I would top that tank off now! The nymex is rising every day. Not due to problems with the ULSD fuel. The reasons they say the prices are rising is due to the fact that there was a fire at one of the Texas refineries. I am not so sure that this is the cause of ALL of the price increase. The east coast is the biggest user of fuel oil for heating and the temps on the coast are sub-zero right now. This is also a good time to fill because once we pass that Feb 22nd date, the prices seem to do a steady climb until they top out durring the summer when haying time is full on.
