Forgot to add, mine is 30 x 40 with a 14 foot clear ceiling. We also had a 16 x 30 pullthrough section added onto the back to park the travel trailer. Seems to be a reasonable size for hobby use. I've got two projects going (one tractor & one old PU) and still have room for a nice sized workbench, a bunch of storage, and room to easily get another vehicle in when I need to do routine maintenance. Original motivation for the 14 foot ceiling was to accomodate a vehicle lift (which I still dont' have), but at that height I also have room to add a storage loft over the workbench (someday). Keith
