HI tim I"ve been a marine mechanic for the past 20 years now and we are in a very cold winter climate. Fogging a 4 stroke is not necasary if your not storing to long, but the only damage is possable fouled spark plugs. Double check you oil levels back it into the water and fire it up, make sure it"s pumping water, check temp at the top of the head area should be about 145 degrees after running in gear for awhile. When draining water the pwr head will drain and the leg will drain but the water pump which is in the top of the lwr unit will not drain. You need to crank the motor over about 5 rev to drain, don"t let it start thou. Now that it has sat all winter don"t spin over with out water. sorry so long but if you need more infor just post
