"OBVIOUSLY" YOU HAVE TO SCRAPE THE "LARGE CRAP" OUT FIRST,THEN YOU USE "KROIL"/HEAT/WOOD POST/SLEDGE.AND YES I'VE "UNSTUCK" MORE PISTON/CYLINDERS THAN I CARE TO REMEMBER.MANY TIMES THE RINGS (IF NOT LUBED WITH KROIL/OR WHAT-EVER)WILL "CRUMBLE" AND WEDGE BETWEEN THE WALL AND PISTON CAUSING THE PISTONS/LANDS/ETC. TO CRACK/BREAK.THIS IS ANOTHER REASON TO USE PINE WOOD .YOU MIGHT SPLIT SOME PINE BUT STILL MAY SAVE PISTON,ETC.YOU CAN USE ACID AND/OR CAUSTIC(DRAINO/LIQUID FIRE ETC.) FOR THIS BUT IT'S DANGEROUS AND IS DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.KROIL IS ALL AROUND BEST.(IN MY OPINION,BUT OPINIONS ARE LIKE BUTTS;EVERYONE HAS ONE.)
