Got 2 computers, the DW and mine. On mine I have unchecked or disabled Active X. Loads faster. I know, can"t get security patches without active X. I also unchecked JAVA Scripts. Works great and faster yet. When I hit a site that requires Scripts, and thats not often, the computer tells me and then I turn it on. I also unchecked the graphics. Loads even faster yet. On threads where a picture is provided and I want to see it, I right click the mouse, click on show picture and the picture loads.

I secure my computer with Spybot, Ad Aware, AVG and Zone Alarm. Having no problems at all.
