I HATE having a bale all the way out on a bucket that way. I bought a Worksaver Bale Hand several years ago for $900.00. It tilts down like the bucket would when it dumps, squeezes the bale, which is excellent if the strings are bad. This thing will tip a bale up on end so I can stack them 4 high on end in the barn with my 1600 Oliver. Tip a bale down and it sits amazingly close to the front of the tractor. I'm telling you,I love this thing. Can't imagine handling round bales without it.
