Hey Roger. That is entirly up to you. If it were mine, and was a demo I would restore it. They don't make em anymore you know. If I wanted a red one I would get one of those to. I have a early 50 cub, but it was red when it was new. My grandfather bought it new. We use to haul it from farm to farm in a pick up truck to cultivate tobacco. Fix that thing and take it to the shows. A lot of folks paint them white regardless of original color and try to pass them off as demo's Some even paint Ms white and there was no demo Ms. I seen a ad on the classified's someone was looking for early serial tag for a Cub claims his is a demo. It may or may not be.
