I just bought my first acreage yesterday. Its 6 acres, One Brand New Wicks 60 x 110 machine shed, One Morton 40x60 Shed, its not new but nice, 30x200 chicken coop style shed, really nice split level house, house was built in 1970 and needs nothing, has new siding, windows, roof, finished basement, and the best part is a 25x25 finished bar area. Came complete with all appliances too. Paid $200,000 we feel like we got a heck of a deal considering what else is out there in the $200,000 range theres a lot of junk, we are really excited about it and will be married and moving in, in may. Just had to vent my excitement i guess!
