If what you are talking about is the block with fittings bolted under one of the SCV's,yes that is an add on.Last one I bought,had to come from whole goods and not parts,somewhere in the $200 range. The joystick control and valve assembly used to be around $800 with all the hoses for a 280 loader,but that's been 6-7 years ago.I have never seen a used one sell by itself,always goes with the loader.
