You said you had the picture in TRACTOR PICTURES. If you meant the Galleries on the left of this page, It's easy to get it in your post. I'll pick one by John Bower its an IH.Go to the picture, Put your Cursor on the photo and Right Click then select COPY IMAGE LOCATION then go back to the add a reply page and in the OPTIONAL IMAGE U R L box at the bottom of the page , right click again and select PASTE . Then when you click on Preview your reply, the picture should show up before you click on SUBMIT REPLY
