Farmers here are in dire straights. Can't even think about getting on the fields to pump manure and the lagoons and holding pits are running over. Then the DOE sends up helicopters to watch for runoff and see if anybody is trying to pump on wet lands. They have not turned a wheel here and first crop grass is due to come off in 3 weeks. If you are caught with runoff or pumping on no-no land you may as well load up the cows to pay the fine. Rock and a hard place. Yea we need to share our wealth of moisture so come up with a plan and lets do it. After all what I see you set your mind to and accomplish is nothing short of amazing to me!
