We've got a 21' MF 820 disk we have pulled with our IH 826 which would be about 90hp and it will pull it at around 5 mph unless you really want to run it deep. I think Hugh's idea of leaving the wings folded up would work just fine and for $500 I don't think you could go wrong with that disk.
