EARLY 1980'S FORD 1500 TRACTOR

I RECENTLY PURCHASED 12 ACRES OF WHICH I WILL BE NEEDING TO MAINTAIN. I HAVE NEVER OWNED A TRACTOR AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO EDUCATE MYSELF ABOUT THEM. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE BEST SIZE WOULD BE FOR A 12 ACRE LOT. I WILL BE CUTTING GRASS AND DIGGING POST HOLES HERE AND THERE. IS THAT ENOUGH TRACTOR FOR WHAT I'M NEEDING TO DO? DO THOSE TRACTORS HAVE A DECENT REPUTATION?
