The fluid is most likely calcium cloride. Put in for extra weight. ( traction) Move tractor so valve stem is on the bottom and push in on valve stem, see if you get fluid or air and that will answer your question. What are you going to use tractor for? Light work, flat land, probably won't need it. Pulling loaded hay wagon, disking or plowing it would be good to have. Calcium will rust rims, be sure to rinse any off of rims with water. Chris
