Yep, I've noticed the same thing. I could turn this thing off, fire it back up and it will have a different number. I remember one day I posted a reply to something and two other guys had the exact same IP address, which I thought was very unusual. Someone pointed this out to one of the other posters who had the same number as ours and claimed it was coming from the same computer. But there was no one else in OUR house. I know very little about these issues but it does happen.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
