I had a Craftsman on a 16" wooden door, a lightening strike fried the cicuit board.Sears wanted 2/3 of the cost of the whole unit just for the board. I got a Genie screw drive, was missing one of the clips that hold the section s of the screw together. I called the 800# listed on their manual and they overnited me several of the clips. GREAT SERVICE That genie was still running trouble free seven years later when I sild the house. Good unit good company I recommend them.
