Youtube and such is full of college aged guys and girls drinking and tazering each other at parties. Looks like good fun to me at that age! One of my professors was telling me in WW2 in england the equivalent to an arcade today always had a metal wheel with a pointer on it. Next to it was a metal handle. The wheel was hooked up to a dimmer switch plugged into the wall so as you turned the wheel the voltage got higher. Hey said all the kids quickly learned you could get the wheel all around to max because once the electricty locked your arms up you could use your body to drag the wheel without fear of your hands coming off.
