Hi Tim, how's the weather upstate? I suppose if you have blade in front of you, your front tires are not pushing themselves into the snow drift. With a three point blade though, the front tires meet the snow first. In my experience with both a row-crop JD 60 and a row-crop JD 3010, heavy, wet snow, will pack up between the front tires and very soon the roll-a-matic can't "walk" anymore, and the tires can't turn. The darn things aren't worth a dang in a muddy (crappy) feedlot either. I sure was glad when dad got the 4020 with a wide front end.
