Hey , I want to thank you guys for the info on door openers..To answer a question about if it's "balanced" or hard to open....I can pull it up with one hand and it goes up straight and smooth..I bit the bullet and bought the 3/4 hp opener Sears has on sale now..$199.00 but it looks stout..I'm gonna take off tomorrow and put'er up..Plus I gotta put front brake pads on my Silverado pick-up..Thanks again , Roy
