I turned 62 this year and I am retired from a physically demanding job. I understand lower body pain, I have had 8 knee surgerys but still have my original ones. I see the bone doc once a week for a bad back and neck. My hearing is shot too, I enjoy walking 3 - 4 miles in the morning with my dog, I enjoy working in the shop 6 to 8 hours a day on my tractor restoration, I enjoy boating on the lake once a week, I enjoy riding the ATV in the spring and fall, I enjoy working around the outside of the house. I enjoy visits from my grandkids. In my shop I have a large soft recliner that sits in front of the wood stove. I take a rest there two or three times a day when working in the shop. I even take a daily nap there. This is what I like about retirement, work when you want to, rest when you feel like it, and play as often as the weather will allow. But as Old said, sometimes I feel like just resting all day. I don't let it happen too often because I am concerned that if I do, it may become normal. I saw my healthy uncle retire and sit down in front of the TV. He was dead 6 months later from "normal conditions". Disabilities are a different thing and I can't relate to their effects combined with aging. Hang in there Old.

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
