I wish I were closer to you Allan. By the time you get that 855 ready to go, you won`t have any need for that old 853 any more. I`d love to take it off yer hands. The small squares are really starting to kick my butt. Just biding my time til I can get the right deal on an 855 or 853. Is your `new` baler hyd tie? I ran an 855 all thru high school for a farmer I worked for. Other than breaking a bar here or there, that thing was one mean hay eating machine. The only bad part is that it`s shear pinned on the pickup head instead of a slip clutch, though it was pretty tough to plug the thing. I usually baled with a 200 Allis, so you`d put the hand clutch in neutral then hit the lever to start tying the bale, every so often I`d hit the wrong lever and pop the end gate. If I was lucky I could back into another bale to shut the gate far enough to get everything rollin again, or else you were re baling the mess of loose hay that you`d have to dump out. It only took me doing that a couple of times to pay real close attention to how you hooked up the hoses. Good luck with the monitor. BW
