The SBA is more than a loan agency! They supply 100s of info packs of great books very cheap or free. Get a SCORE rep from them for help. One of the MOST important items learn what a proper business plan is and make it long before you cut dirt or install a building! Construction businesses just like restaurants have the highest rate of failure. Not because of lack of hard work but the lack of business manament.
