I maybe wrong but I would pay todays price if I could buy a new 3910 made like they were in the 1980's. Don't think the TT60 has much in common with the 3910 I have a 1986 Ford 4610 and I would hate to have to find a new tractor to replace it. I was in Mexico a few months ago to attend an Ag trade show. New Holland still makes a 5610, 6610 and 7610,if I remember the model #'s correctly, they sell there. From a distance they resemble the old thousand series Ford made for almost 30 years, but up close there have been a lot of changes made, some probably not for the better.
