I only have a few trees, so I just have mine pressed at a local mill. It"s getting harder to find someone to do it anymore, but the amount of equipment you need is not very practical unless you have quite a bit. I usually end up giving half of it away to the neighbors, the other half I make into Applejack which is necessary when the weather is as it has been the last few days. Abushel of apples will make about 3-4 gallons of cider. Paul
